Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
All items we deliver are inspected before they leave our store. If an item seems to have broken in transit, please inform us by email. We will look into the matter and, if appropriate, issue a refund for the item to the original method of payment used for the order. If an item has been purchased incorrectly, we will endeavour to collect it from you as soon as practical, and issue a refund for it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Your original shipping cost will be refunded. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
