Casa Marrazzo’s ‘Corbarino’ tomatoes in water are grown on the hilly outcrop of land between Naples and Salerno – the Lattari mountains. These deep red tomatoes are small, firm, and sweet. They are slightly pear-shaped, and look beautiful halved and stirred into pasta sauces or served simply crushed on toasted bread for Spanish-style breakfast of pan con tomate.
Casa Marrazzo dates back to 1934, and in its eight decades has grown from a small family farm to a proudly artisan producer of tinned vegetables. As well as classic red tomatoes, discover the brand’s tinned Italian broccoli, San Marzano tomato jam and beautiful yellow tomatoes.
