If, somehow, in some way, there's an issue with something you've ordered from us, then please drop us a line at hello@aconvenient.store - let us know your order number, a description of the issue (preferably with pictures), and we'll get things sorted straight away. We'll aim to replace the problematic item as soon as possible - but if you'd prefer, we can issue a refund via your payment method. We will always issue such refunds within 3 working days, and they usually go through immediately.
