What are your opening hours?
Our delivery service is open between 2pm-10pm Wednesday to Sunday. Orders must be placed by 8pm otherwise your delivery will be rolled over to the next day we are open. For example, if you order at 8.30pm on Sunday your order will be delivered on Wednesday.

What are your delivery fees?
Our standard delivery fee is £3.50. This helps cover our operational costs.

Do you have a minimum order requirement?
We do not have a minimum order for our 2-hour delivery radius, however, there is a £1.50 surcharge for any orders below £25. We have a £25 minimum order requirement for our same-day delivery radius.

What areas do you cover in your 2-hour delivery radius?
We currently cover all M postcodes within the M60 plus M33, SK3 & SK4.
We start the delivery process as soon as your order is placed and aim to be at your door within 2-hours. Occasionally it may take slightly longer due to things outside our control (weather, traffic etc) but we'll always let you know if things are taking longer than expected.

What areas do you cover in your same-day* delivery radius?
All other M postcodes outside the M60.

How do I track my delivery?

Once your order has been picked and packed and allocated to a driver, you will receive a text with an ETA and GPS tracking.

What if I don't want my delivery right away and want it on a specific day in the future?
Just add a note when placing an order with a desired time and day and we will do our best to accommodate.

Can I pre-order any other products when pre-ordering my Christmas Tree/Hamper/Turkey? 
Of course! Just add a note when placing your order to say you'd like it delivered on the same-day as your Christmas pre-order items. If you do not add a note, we will deliver the items within 2-hours/same day.

What do I do if my delivery is late/hasn't shown up?
Please contact us at support@aconvenient.store. Make sure to include your order number. We guarantee a response within 60 minutes during opening hours.

What do I do if something is missing or incorrect with my order?
Please contact us at support@aconvenient.store. Make sure to include an order number. We will either refund the missing item(s) or arrange another delivery to replace incorrect items. We guarantee a response within 60 minutes during opening hours.

What if I need to make a change to my order or delivery address?
If you'd like to make a change to your order or delivery address, please contact support@aconvenient.store as quickly as possible so we can make the necessary changes and keep your delivery timely. Please note that changes made after your order can delay your delivery time.

What if an item I have ordered isn't available?
In the unlikely event an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will arrange a suitable substitution item or sort a refund for the missing item(s). 

What is your refund policy?
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any items purchased, please contact support@aconvenient.store within 7 days of placing your order and we will arrange a refund/replacement. Please note it can take up to 5 working days to process.

What is your policy for ordering age restricted items?
We operate a challenge 25 policy for age restricted items. You may be asked to show proof of age upon delivery. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if proof of age cannot be provided.
