Combine all ingredients in a Collins glass, add ice and stir thoroughly with a bar spoon- garnish with a lime wheel
Gin Martini (Stirred)

15ml Martini Extra Dry
½ Teaspoon of Olive Brine (if dirty)

Method
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail mixing glass and add plenty of ice, stir vigorously with a bar spoon for 30 seconds and strain into anice-cold martini glass- add three olives on a cocktail stick for a dirtymartini or a twist of lemon peel for a classic martini.
